
Hi. I'm Lynn McClure, owner and sole operator of Gluten Free Inspirations. I bake and sell delicious gluten free and vegan baked goods from my gluten-free home kitchen. I started baking gluten-free many years ago when my husband was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Over the years, my baking has evolved to meets the needs of other family members with allergies and dietary restrictions. I understand how serious and frustrating dietary restrictions can be. It is my desire to provide delicious, all natural, and allergy friendly baked goods to my customers.
I am a certified food safety manager with additional certification in food allergans. I understand allergan cross-contamination and have practices in place to avoid it. All of my fresh, homemade baked goods are gluten-free, vegan, soy-free, nut-free, dairy-free, and all-natural. All of the ingredients I use are certified by the manufacturer to be gluten-free and free of other major allergans with the exception of coconut. I bake with coconut oil, coconut milk, and coconut. Each week I bake delicious selections from my menu and deliver them to local front porches in and around South Riding, Virginia on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-8 PM. Click here to see my delivery area. I will make every effort to accommodate special requests for dietary restrictions. Occassionally, I can arrange for order pick-up. County permitting only allows me to do this on a very limited basis. Contact me by email for special requests and pick -up availability.
