Hi. I'm Lynn McClure, owner and sole operator of Gluten Free Inspirations. I bake and sell delicious gluten free and vegan baked goods from my gluten-free home kitchen. I started baking gluten-free many years ago when my husband was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Over the years, my baking has evolved to meets the needs of other family members with allergies and dietary restrictions. I understand how serious and frustrating dietary restrictions can be. It is my desire to provide delicious, all natural, and allergy friendly baked goods to my customers. 

I am a certified food safety manager with additional certification in food allergans. I understand allergan cross-contamination and have practices in place to avoid it. All of my fresh, homemade baked goods are gluten-free, vegan, soy-free, nut-free, dairy-free, and all-natural. All of the ingredients I use are certified by the manufacturer to be gluten-free and free of other major allergans with the exception of coconut.
