Gluten Free Inspirations is a home based gluten-free bakery operating out of a gluten-free kitchen in a pet and smoke free home. All of our baked goods are gluten-free, determined by the use of ingredients that are: 1) naturally gluten-free, such as rosemary; 2) labeled "Gluten-Free" by the manufacturer; 3) free of gluten containing ingredients according to the manufacturer's nutritional and allergen labeling; and/or 4) are not processed in a facility that also processes gluten containing ingredients. We do not prepare foods containing gluten in our kitchen. Although Gluten Free Inspirations offers vegan and other allergen free (soy free, dairy free, eggs free, and nut free) options, we do not operate a vegan or other allergen free kitchen.  Our other allergen free baked goods are prepared with ingredients that are naturally free of said allergen, or appear to be free of said allergen and cross contamination based on the manufacturer's labeling. Our staff is ServSafe Allergens trained. We understand cross-contamination and have practices in place to avoid it. We strive to do our best to safely meet the special dietary needs of our customers. However, we do not test our products or ingredients for allergens, and therefore, we cannot knowlingly certify or guarantee that our baked goods are free of said allergens.
