ABOUT MY KITCHEN

Gluten Free Inspirations operates from my gluten-free home kitchen. Our home is pet and smoke free. We do not prepare gluten containing foods in our home kitchen. I comply with all of the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) guidelines for home based food operations. All equipment and ingredients used for producing Gluten Free Inspirations products are soley for the use of my home bakery and are stored separately from ingredients and equipment for home use. 

I am a ServSafe certified food safety manager with additional ServSafe training and certification in food allergens. I am trained in cross-contamination and have operating procedures and practices in place to avoid it, as would any restaurant or food establishment addressing special dietary needs.

I only bake with high-quality, all-natural, simple ingredients that are either naturally gluten-free, such as rosemary, or labeled as gluten-free by the manufacturer. My baked goods are free of chemicals, dyes, artificial preservatives, and artificial food additives. All baked goods produced in my home bakery are gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, soy-free, and all-natural.
